Angry Bent Torque Arm from shipper

Has any one else had problems from New Era Performance. I went to install a edelbrock torque arm and noticed it was bent at the tip. It must of got run over sometime. I just got an email for a mike from new era and he said he couldn't take it back because its been too long since the purchase. Maybe its Edelbrock fault, if I didn't wait a month for a set of heads from them I could have returned this bad torque arm in time. Just wanted everyone to know your not the only one getting screwed. Everyones getting bent over these days. Here's a pic

i had one they are uber soft flimsy metal and all it takes is to be dropped to bent it just take a pair of vicegrips and bend it out straight its what i had to do a bunch of times with that cheesy t-arm every time it was removed it seemed crooked
