Default Patriot Stage II, LS6cam, SLP 1.85...

How close to 400 rwhp can I get with this combined with all boltons minus pulley, TUNED on an A4 LS1 F-body through true duals w/ X-pipe? Would the 1.85's be too much lift for LS6 springs? I've already got the LS6 cam and springs in, and like it a lot, but I want to get the heads to go with it. Are the 1.85's worth it? I don't plan on raising the revs much. Sorry for all the questions.

You'll need better springs. 918s at a minimum since you are at .600 lift with a 1.85. On an M12 that combo has 425RWHP

Speed inc runs this setup on their Z06 w/RGR heads. Are you saying there is not enough clearance with the valve covers or the pistons?

SS1421

If your interested on dyno figures Speed Inc has them posted up on their website under their ZO6 Project.

They documented all the major parts installed with before and after dyno figures.

I think it peaked at 425 rwhp.

A local shop has done this on a couple of cars with no problems. I just don't know what numbers they will put down. I'll probably just do the heads and not the roller rockers. I just noticed that SLP had them for a pretty good price on sale right now and if they would benefit me I'd throw them into the mix. There is a guy out here that uses the LS6 cam+springs, unknown heads, and 1.85's and raised his revs to 7100. From what I understand you can't do that with stock 1.75's.
