Default Cam gains?

What kind of hp and times at the track is everybody getting with cam swaps? What seems like the best cam right now without a real hard idle.

its not that simple or cut and dry

you have to decide what you want from the car, but to answer your question you should expect a cammed car to put down 360-420hp depending on drivetrain/wheel weight/stall/ect

seems the majority are in the 380-390 range with a 6speed or locked stall from what I see on here

I would like to keep it as stock looking as I can. I would like to have a cam that would give me enough gains for the hassle, but I don't really want it to be real noticeable. Thanks.

We have seen some very nice gains with our Stinger Cam both on the dyno and the track. It is a 224/232 113. Has a lope to it, but maintains very good drivability. It ialso has a ton of torque.
