Will compression increase w/ stroker?
My current cylinder heads have a 60CC chamber and yeild an approximate 11.2 to 1 compression ratio with the 346CI stock bottom-end.
If I swap out the bottom-end for a 383 stroker with flat top pistons, and use my existing 60CC heads will my compression ratio increase - all other things being equal (the same)?
In other words, will my stroker have to have dished pistons if I want to build a pump-gas friendly street car motor?

Yes, the compression will raise without dished pistons or a piston that sits further down in the bore.
Adding the 4" crank with flat top pistons with the same deck height will put you up around 12.3:1 cr.
If you get pistons with a 7cc valve reliefs that'll bring you back to around 11.2:1 cr with the 4" crank.
