p0704 code, what could be causing this/has anyones tick mc caused a p0704 code?
I installed my tick adjustable mc, ls7 clutch kit, new gm slave a few weeks ago.
Yesterday when I was driving I got a p0704 code, clutch input circuit switch or whatever. I checked the switches wires, all seemed ok
I did however notice that the clutch pedal , when fully raised, just barely touches the switch. Is the switch supposed to be fully in to activate?
The spring is removed, I considered this may have something to do with it. It has fluid in the master and the pedal seems to be rising as far as before, maybe the jam nuts backed off slightly on the tick master and it changed the height siightly? Anyone have any ideas or input? Thanks!

I got the same code but I deleted it and it never came back. If it would have popped up again there is a way to adjust the switch so it will contact the lever, I think it just screws out a bit. Good luck,

Ok, I'm throwing this same code and my cruise control isn't working. I too have the Tick master and LS7 clutch kit. What should I do? Also, my driver side O2 sensor wasn't working so I bought a brand new Corvette one and its still not working. I checked the wires and they seem to be fine.

To get my cruise to work, I adjusted the cruise switch all the way out, bent the bracket and went 1.5 turns more on the tick master. I had full release about the 5 mark, but it took 6.5 turns to reach the switch. I was at 7 turns on the LS7 clutch to reach the switch before the monster 3.5 so I know I'm not overextending a stock slave.
