Im a retard and know nothing about rear ends.

is this what i want for 410s?

That is a pretty good price on just the gears. Have you considered replacing the bearings, also I didn't see if shims came with those gears you will need them to set up the pinion depth and back lash. I just bought a whole kit from Texas Speed. Came with Motive gears, shims, bearings, a T.A. girdle cover, fluids and everything.

shims will come with the rebuild kits, i have used the Ratech kits in the past with good luck. I think they are $80 or so without wheel bearings and seals or slightly over $100 with them.

If you don't know much about differentials then you need a good shop to install these for you. That could be more then the gears cost. SOmethign to consider.
