turn singles/brake lights

turn singles/brake lights 1994 pontiac firebird, turn singles wont flash and brake lights stay completely lit when lights are on, I changed out all bulbs but still no go, any suggestions??

1994 Pont Firebird Maybe I posted this in wrong format. I have a 94 firebird and am having issues with turn singles and brake lights issues. I have changed all the bulbs. Turn singles will not flash and at night when lights are on the brake lights stay on, so when I brake person behind me has no idea that I am stopping, any suggestion on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated
