Unhappy are my wheels fake??!!!!!!!! please l@@k

hey guys i got a set of hp designs wheels the model is a split 5 and they are a stagered set fronts are 19x8.5 and rears are 19x9.5.

now im thinking these wheels are knock offs because i got them from a guy on ebay and his ebay listing said the model name was venus and he did not mention any thing about hp designs.

i went to hp's site and all the pics of there wheels have a high polished or chrome lip and mine look more brushed like they have a clear on them and the paint quality on my wheels is not that great like the face of the spokes is nice but on the sides of the spokes and in the lug hole the paint is very thin and blotchy.

these wheels are on my benz and i hit a nasty pot hole and damaged one of my front rims and i need to get a replacement.

take a look at the pics and tell me what you think.

They look like they say HP on them. I'm pretty sure if it was a knock off it wouldn't say HP.

FYI, I split an HP evo in half after hitting a pretty hefty peice of roadway concrete. It's a cast aluminum wheel, they will only bend slightly before they snap.

Also, HP's site isn't the greatest either. HP isn't exactly a top tier wheel manufacturer like Fikse or CCW.
