Lt1 and th400 can I use standard converter?

Lt1 and th400 can I use standard converter? Hey guys did a quick search and really didnt find anything, im thinking about getting rid of the 4l60 and going with the th400, anyays I know you can use a standard converter with the ls1 with some kinda of spacer, but what about the lt1 flexplate? is a spacer needed? what is the bolt spacing on the lt1 plate thanks!
