Default New Rear Rotors and Pads and a new noise

Just got throuh putting some Powerstop Drilled and Slotted Rotors and HP26 Pads on the rear of my 96 WS-6. All went fine and as I always do, I bolted the wheels back up while still in the stands and started her up and just let the wheels spin. Hit the brakes and just before the wheels stop I get what I would call "chattering" and the wheel "bouncing". Got the car off the stands and just rolled back and forth a few times in the drive way and the "chattering" turned into a brake "moan" right before the car stopped.

Now I will admit this is the first time I have used something other than OEM brake parts... So I guess my question is do I need to let these "burn in" and the "chattering" will go away?

Going to do the fronts tomorrow and want to make sure I did not screw something up.

Thanks everyone...

That's a typical symptom of the pads and rotrs needing to be "seasoned". Just break them in according to the instructions and I'm sure you'll be fine.
