Alternator clearance on A body- 600 box

Alternator clearance on A body- 600 box Any of you used the Delphi 600 steering box with a driver's side low mount alternator? I have some clearance issues on the stock box, and am considering that switch to the 600 box and wanted to know if the problems get better or worse?
