Ok i have a 99 camaro ls1 and i am going to put in a 230/240 duration 631/631 lift and i was needing to know what size push rods i need? No head work just what is listed in sig.

and should i just hand turn the motor over when i put them in to see if it clears?

7.400s. Put them in and start torquem them down to 22ft lbs, but stop on the ones that are opening the valves while you are tightening them. Then when there all tight, roll the motor over a few times and recheck that they all are tight at 22ft lbs.

ok i am just worried when it expand the valves will hit.

Should i be i meanis it going to be that close?
