Default Fuel rail (hose) Conversion?

Is there any way to get rid of the nylon fuel hoses coming off of the fuel rail without spending $200+ for the FAST setup?

What I need to do is hook up fuel to my LS1 via regular high pressure fuel injection line and not the nylon hose.

Apparently this is very basic stuff, but again found my answer. For future reference it's Russell #640850 (3/8") or #640860 (5/16"). Each are around $15.
