Default will this port work as a fpr vacuum source? see picture

2002 ls1 drivers side. will this brass port right after the throttle body work as a fpr vacuum/boost source? It used to be hooked to an emissions component.

Also since the factory ecu expects the rail to be at a constant pressure, will that effect the tune when the vacuum pulls the fpr pressure down off boost.

that will work, that's exactly where I have mine hooked up.
As far as the tune, you will have to change the IFR table to read the flow rate number that the spreadsheet calculates for atmospheric pressure all the way across the table.

And then you'll need to do some tuning as the fueling will likely be way off.
