I have a '99 T/A, and I want to know what the widest wheels and tires I can put on the front and back without having any rub, and without having to do ANY work. I mean no rolling fenders, bfh, OR bumpstop removal. Just plug and play so to speak.

Stock width
What i mean is, there are some ppl who can run 10" - 11" wheels with no issues, then there are some that need to beat the **** out of their wheel well to fit them. It depends on the car (lowered?) and what brand tire you're going to use as some tires are wider then other even with the same rating. 9.5" - 10" is probably your safest bet for 100% "plug and play". Just make sure you get the correct back spacing.
I'm sure others will chime in for you too.
