Default Battery tests good, but no current to starter or interior

This is on my DD. I went to start it last night, but got the "click of death" and very few of the dash lights would come on. I figured the battery was bad, so I pulled it this morning and put it on the charger. The charger says it is fully charged. The voltage across the terminals is 12.54 volts. I cleaned the terminals and the cables and reinstalled the battery. Still shows 12.54 volts across the terminals and across the cables and even from the positive terminal to an engine ground. But still no current. Is it possible for a battery to have good voltage but no current?
Thanks in advance.

Took it to Wally World and had it load tested. It failed miserably. New battery = lots o' current, lots o' power.
