So I am purchasing my 2000 Trans Am this week and went to the dealer to check it out.
Its missing the driver side interior door lock.
Does anyone know where I can pick one up?
Searched on google for a while.. nothing

I'm sure you can pick one up at a junk yard if you have any around you. eBay would be another option. Perhaps a GM dealer would have those too, but pricing is always an issue when you do that.
