Default Anybody running a dedicated low pressure system?

I've got a new holley blue pump and regulator and a fuel cell that should fit in he engine bay. I'm looking at run my wet kit straight off of this. Can anyone help me determine what size line to run for the main and return? Also what pressure will work with which jets. I'm running a TNT kit so the jetting is a little different than some kits. It seems like there should be a mathmatical way to figure it though.
