I did do some searching before making this thread..
2000 Camaro SS SLP
I/H/E
M6
The problem started Monday, went to crank the car up to leave and all it would do was crank and not fire. So I tried it a few times until it eventually fired up. Went to class and it proceeded to do it again when i got back in the car. Took it up to a friend who scanned the codes and it came back with something to do with the MAF not getting enough power. I swapped MAF's only for it to not fire. The car has a Translator on it so I pulled that to see if for some reason the Translator was causing the low power. Waited a few hours only to find its still having the starting problem. Fuel pressure is good when its trying to crank.
So anyone have any ideas? Crank sensor? maybe something else? car runs fine when it fires, just has a hell of a time firing up.
Thanks.

The Crank Shaft Position sensor can certainly cause this. And it will not throw a code until it totally fails. Get a new one and try it, if thats not it you can return it for a refund.

Replace your ignition relay; these can be intermittent and are common problems!

Looks like this may be the next step. Hard to change?

May also try this. Probably just pick them both up and give them both a try.

Thanks!!
