Default 6.0L Heads milled .038, shorter pushrods?

Im putting a set of Aluminum 6.0l Heads on my 2000 SS, they have been milled .038, i have a Comp 218/218 .563 114lsa cam, will I need to get shorter pushrods??

Or just try out your current pushrod and make sure it's the right length, if not, get different ones.

I have 5.7L Cartek heads with .40 off. My cam has simmalar lift n# to yours and Cartek sugest I go with 7.350. Stock length is 7.400.

You should just buy a bigger cam and then we can measure the base circle on it. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> As long as the base circle is .06 smaller than stock the 7.4's should be fine. The cam really wouldn't be a lot more work than just the heads.
