magnaflow cat back questions..plus others Sister in-laws boyfriend just picked up an 02 z28 that has the magnaflow catback on it and I have decided that will replaced this loud *** SLP set up. Now, questions before I jump in.
I'd like to redo the entire exhaust system. Does anyone sell new downpipes? I'd like to run 3" downpipes to 3" magnaflow hi-flow cats to the magnaflow cat back. Too much? What size pipe connects the magnaflow and is it bolt on or weld on?

There is one company that makes a stock fitting Y pipe but I can't think of them. Best bet is to just put some LT headers on there and get a catted X-pipe if you really want to keep the cats. I had Magnaflow on a cam, bolt-ons T/A with LT's and ORY and it sounded great.
