Little advice please
I am trying to figure out what length push rod to go with. Im running LS6 ported heads with stock LS1 rockers, and rollers(no money left for after market rockers or rollers ). With the bigger cam im running and the bigger springs does that require me to change the length of my push rods?

Roller Rockers are not a necessity, especially with stock iron valve guides.
The only way to create more lift in the cam profile is to cut the base circle on the cam smaller, which in turn means that the pushrod needs to be longer. jetlag raises another good question on milling the heads.
Ideally, you should get a pushrod length checker, use it per some of the "how-to" threads in this forum, and measure the length required and the correct rocker shim thickness to get the geometry and the preload correct. It sounds like more work, but it's the key to a quiet stable valvetrain with fast opening cams.
