Default Fan On/Off settings 180 t-stat

I was wondering what the fan settings should be with a 180` t-stat. What works for you guys

I have mine set to on 185 off 182. This is with a stock 01 T-stat but with a bb mod.. car stays around

just took her out for a test ride. its a pretty cool nite here - well for fla - i was getting IATs of about 62`. The coolant would not go below 192 though even mellow cruising on the hiway. I dont see any point running the fans while cruising at hiway speed so - am I thinking right at setting the off points at about 192 - seems running the fans all the time is just added wear and tear on the fans and the electrical system. Your thoughts ???
