So I have a 99 c5 frc and now for some resone the wipers come on w/o the switch has anyone had this issue. I read the grounds aren't that well for the lights and they have issues w dimming and mine do that, so i wonder if that might be the problem. To note the weather just changed from dry and hot to hard rains and very,very damp and humid and the car stays outside in the weather. Also it was wreaked hard in the read earlyer this year, thanks.

I guess its a common problem my buddy works at the gm dealership and has fixed this problem a few times.
