Default Adjustable LCAs

Could someone guide me thru the proper way to adjust these or give me a link. I threw on some poly/poly BMR LCAs and just wanna make sure everything is setup exactly as it should b.

Just make them the same length as stock. I use the factory bolts through the stock arms to line up the new ones and lock them down. Then simply install and drive the car. However, make sure that the axle is sitting on jackstands when you tighten them. If the suspension is not loaded (axle on jacks when you tighten them) they will usually squeak constantly. If you do it on jacks, it seems to depend on the car, but the squeaking will usuall be "less".
