I bought one of my old 9" rearends back, but need to put it back together. Are there particular 3/8 nuts that are reccomended if I have studs for the center section? Should I do nylocs or not? I need 3/8 fine thread. Regular 3/8 washers are kosher right?

For the backing plates, I since I don't have ABS or the ebrake in this car, should I remove everything from the backing plate? It's been like 8 yrs since I messed with this stuff.
