Default Really bad E/T's 14.1...... A4 trans

I'll thinking it maybe the trans but my 2000 Formula A4 with Hooker LT's full exhaust, no cats to a spintech with N/A tune 30 degrees of timing is running 14.1. Lol I'm thinking its the trans unless u guys got other idea. Can't even spin the tires in 1st gear,<unless its a cold starts>feels like a turtle then starts picking up speed hard in 2nd gear. Trans shifts at 5500rpm. Any ideas before i just get a built trans with stall for it?

This is with shitty 16's all seaon tires on a dead hook.

1/4-14.1
mph-99.7
1/8-79.8
60ft-2.3

30 degree's of timing is way too much for a stockish 2000.It should have 24-26 max.

Data loging it on street pulls the car liked that much timing.

BTW if the car is cold meaning everything didn't warm up to 210 degrees i can spin my 17x11 315 BFG drag radials easy and my friends 18x10 1/2 on MTs street drag easy too. But once it warms up the car cant spin crap. So whatever i think its the trans or stall.
