Default LS7 clutch on a daily driver? Best place to buy?

I'm thinking of ordering an LS7 clutch kit. The car has 111k on it, so I'm sure the hydraulics are due as well.

Is there anything else I should replace while I'm doing this? (Besides the MC, SC)

Is there any issue with the clutch that I don't know about?

And finally, should I get an aluminum flywheel on a daily driver that sees alot of city driving?

Chime in guys!

I love my LS7 unit, feels 95% stock but holds great. I don't know that I'd go aluminum flywheel on a DD in traffic, maybe split the difference with a billet. I picked mine up at SDPC, on sale at the time for less than $500 shipped...can't beat it!
