Petition to complete the Nashville Motor Speedway Drag Strip (Nashville, TN) This could be set as a sticky or so if the mods can.

This link provides all the information. Years ago the speedway started to build a 1/4 mile track and then quite stateing lack of interest. Now that we show interest they state they will not complete unless it's backed by NHRA, IHRA or DNRA.
So if any of you guys are interested in having the 1/4 mile drag strip completed here in Nashville please make a note here and sign the petition. Please pass to anyone you know that also may be interested.

I signed it.
I know I hate driving 3+ hours to get to either Bowling Green or Steele AL.
I hope they can get them to build it, but then again I doubt it will happen.

The company I work for did a lot of layout work on the Speedway when it was built in 2000-2001. I was always under the impression that the drag strip and the Legends track were supposed to be started on right after the big track was done. 
I signed it too so I can have something to work on rather than looking at LS1Tech all day.
