Default Whats the best way to ship a 4l60e?

I finally got my 4l60e out and I'm looking to ship it out for a sale. I know it's heavy, just don't know what it weighs. I'd say around 150lbs or so.

Do any of the big companies have fair rates for palletized items like fedex, ups, dhl, etc
