Pic of New Hawk Pad w/ chunnk missing

I just bought new Hawk pads, they came straight from the factory, and look at the chunk that was missing out of it!!

I had that exact same failure mode on a set of Hawk HPS 1 week before Nationals.. Sam Strano was very helpful with getting the issue resolved for me in time for the event.
