Help with Code P0138 Threw a code P0138. Anyone have input on what would cause this.
Is it just a bad O2 sensor or something more serious?
Also, have notice that I get some hesitation at very slow speeds such as in 1st gear just puttering around a parking lot.

P0138 HO2S hi voltage B1S2
High voltage in Bank 1 Sensor 2
