Default Pressure plate and flywheel bolts

Can any one tell me what the torque specs are for the pressure plate and flywheel bolts are I can't remember and I believe the flywheel is 35, 55, 75.. Right?

But I don't remember the pressure plate thanks and will it be different for a spec stage 3+?
