had sbc, lca and panbar installed but ??

had sbc, lca and panbar installed but ?? HI
I ordered subframe connectors, lower control arms and panbar for my convertible 98 trans am.
Mechanic installed the sfc on lift. I was reading some posts that they need to be tightened on the ground. Can I loosen the bolts in the front and re tighten them.
Also the lca and panbar have points for grees gun. The mechanic greesed them but I dont know if He Used the correct greese. Can these be re-greased or just wait till nex oilchange and use correct rease.
