Slave Cylinder Spring
I'm in the middle of a clutch swap. Is there any reason to keep the spring under the throwout bearing in the car, or should it just be removed? InstallUniversity left their spring out of the car, that's the only reason I'm wondering.
I'm also putting a new throwout bearing on my slave cylinder (different bearing that came with the Monster clutch). Is there a way to confirm that it is seated correctly on the slave? Other than just pushing it on and twisting it until you can't pull it back off easily?
