Default Boost Pistons FOr ls3

how much boost with the stock pistons take on the 2010 ss

what is a good piston/rod combo good for the 2010 ss ls3

im going to buy to vortech system. im already at 520Hp at the flywheel with exhaust,headers,cam,springs,and tune...


before the booost is added...i want new valvetrain, mill the heads and get rods and pistons..


anyone know a good combo for cam choice pistons and rods???

Wiseco and Diamond both make great pistons. You already have springs and I'm sure pushrods, so what do you mean when you say "new valvetrain"? Why in the heck are you talking about milling your heads when you're adding boost? You're going the opposite direction with your static compression by doing that. Changing the heads to a 72cc aftermarket heads would be a good choice for controlling your compression, but if you're getting pistons, you simply select the pistons you need for your application.
