You'll like it Running Lunati 55008 myself (advertised 243/252 .595/.595 112 lsa+4 (108)) but I mic'd it and it's really .600/.601 Got about 9K miles on mine so far and LOVE the pull from 3500+minus the nitrous and my 4.30 rears, near identical.

Does anyone know, what is piston to valve clearance with this cam?

My engine is stock LS3 (atleast at this point) only 1 3/4" longtube headers, open exhaust and fully programmable ecu. And is it suitable cam otherwise? My dealer suggested this
I dont mind if it doesn´t idle or pull under 2500rm, car is in plain track use.

Or other suggestion from Lunati or Compcams, these brands i can get in decent delivery time?

The only real way is to clay the piston and check it, but I would think it would clear just fine, with th right tuning almost any cam will idle and drive fine under 2500RPM....Lunati does have 3 more in between cam in the VooDoo line, you can find all 6 grinds on ebay, the Lunati site doesn't list the last and biggest VooDoo cam which is 237/243-600/600 113LSA

I would like to know also would this cam be good with a set of 799 casting CNC'D and a 383 rotating assembly in a ls1 block?

Lunati was getting their rockers from Yella Terra? Well that just knocked them to the bottom of the garbage list for me, if true.

I'm gonna have to look into this a bit more.

I know for 100% that they grind their own cams in house.
