Default What cam do you think

So im looking for a cam, its going to be on a daily driver so drivability and conserving as much gas mileage is important. I drive my car more than 50miles a day and i need better than 2mpg highway. Many people have suggested the Thunder Racing 224 which is 224/224 .563/.563 with 114 LSA. basically im looking for the strongest cam i could get while still getting better than 20mpg highway. any suggestions? also if you have an example of your cam and ur mpg and any other comments on driveability, it would be appreciated, that way ill better know what specs on cams im looking for

what transmission? gears?

my 233/233 cam runs 17-19mpg city...short 3-7mile trips, and 25-26mpg on the highway at 75-80mph with the windows down and ttops off (kills about 1mgp...i've checked).

i'm stock rear gears in an m6

Tr-224 has stock driveability down low and pulls good up top. One of the best all around DD cams for the LS1. Period.
