5th gear/reverse grinding on M12 Well, just so I can help out other members on this board, I'll be posting some trans symptoms and then taking the trans apart to see exactly what was the culprit inside. This person was complaining about grinding going into 5th and reverse.
I should have a F-body LS1 T56 next week that I'll be doing the usual upgrades. Just a standard rebuild and no problems but you never know until you get inside.
Before tearing (maybe the wrong word here) into it.
5-6 fork pad broken/cracked

The rest was ok. Waiting on parts.
