Is it any harder to swap a gen4 5.3 instead of a gen3? and does the gen3 stand alone wiring harness work with the gen4?

It won't really work the Gen IV have a 58x reluctor wheel on the crank and have the side mounted Knock sensor and a front cam sensor. It can be made to work but I would think you would need the 58x to 24x converter box but you better of just using the Gen IV ECM and harness.
