Should I make it? I am comparing my fastest slip to my slip from the other night. It was cold and I kept blowing the tires off the line. My first run of the night was 17.3. I took out 260#s trying to shave the 3 tenths I need to make it into the 13s.
I think it is right on the line of being enough. Let me know what you think. The slips are as fallows.
Best time slip - Newest with blowing the tires off the line
2.066 60 ft. 2.4792
5.9811 330 ft. 6.3963
9.1640 1/8 et. 9.5590
77.71 1/8 mph 77.35
11.9288 1000 ft 12.2931
87.88 1000 ft mph 88.74
14.2789 1/4 et 14.6240
96.15 1/4 mph 96.39
I am .4 behind at the 60 ft. conventional thinking would translate that into 5-7 tenths at the big end from what I understand. Let me know what you think. I really want to break into the 13s and will find out on the Oct. 21st as long as it doesn't rain. I just want to know what you guys think.

Too close for anyone to poke a stick at? I am very anxious because it is going to be very close! Time will tell but I was hoping to have some confidence or some inspiration for a challenge.

I thought I responded a few days ago. It is a GMC 2500 HD. I was blowing the tires off that night and that run I just spun through the 1/8. My best as you saw was 14.2 with plenty of 14.3s to back it up.
