bought wrong HID... can i still use it? ok guys, i have a plug and play H3 HID kit in my 01 SS. one of the bulbs went out so i had my pops buy me a set of bulbs from good old ebay. apparently he didnt listen too well and ordered me H1's. Not taking fitting into consideration, will these work? if i hook up all the wires will they light up?
i need to know this asap so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Pretty much all aftermarket kits use AMP connectors so technically they will connect to the ballasts and light up, but they won't fit into the housings so it won't matter.
See if you can exchange the bulbs, otherwise, you can get a pair of bulbs for $25 from DDM Tuning.

yea, i decided to try it out and yea, they light up. fitment wasnt an issue since theyre actually going into my stock headlights with custom adapters i made since my aftermarket projectors hadda be returned due to a broken halo ring and im waiting for them to ship back.
