Default 2 questions. Z06 wheels. 18"

1st. will OEM 2003 18" rear Z06 wheels fit on the front of my 2002 Camaro SS?
cause i want to run the same size wheels and tire front and rear so i can rotate them. i was thinking 295/35R18s. i believe thats the stock Z06 vette size.

2nd. can i safely fit 295/35R18 tires onto a 18X8.5 rim? the rims i'm looking at are 18X8.5 with 35mm back space.
if the 18X8.5 will NOT WORK with 295/35R18s, then i can get the same rim in 18X9.5 w/ 35mm b/s.

if you know what will wor and not work get back to me thanks.

Ps: i know i will need spacers for these wheels either way.

1. https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-ti...0-5-front.html

2. Absolutely not unless you go with an extremly tall sidewall. Biggest I would go on a 8.5" rim in about 255.

Just for the record I don't use spacers with my 18 * 10.5 OEM 2002 Z06 wheels.

You could do it and probably get by, but it's not the greatest idea. I would by no means suggest it.

If you're set on running 295's, get a set of 10" - 11" rims.
