Worthwhile to change servos in stock A4?
Is it worthwhile to go to a billet intermediate servo and billet overdrive servo in an otherwise stock A4? I was looking at basic upgrade parts for when I change my converter and flexplate. Would this be a waste of money or would it help the tranny last longer?

WAY BETTER than any shift kit. I have the billit servos and a transgo and the 2-3 shift is just a hard as the 1-2 the 3-4 shift is also very firm and all are very very short shifts.

Which Tranny /Which Company
What year and trannys do the heavy duty servos come in from GM? Also what company sells the billet servos? The servos are really straight forward verse the shift kit.
Thanks Tom

The servo's are a very easy install. I'm not sure what, if any, F-bodies came with the upgraded Corvette servo. But the one PATC sells (billet servo) is even better than the Corvette peice. Go for that one. I know it's a bit more work, but I'd at least do the TransGo "Correction Kit". It's not that difficult, goes for around $35, and will really help extend the life of the trans.
