Default atf4... DOH

alrite guys, its been a LONG day, and i just made a bonehead move.... accidentally dumped a half quart of atf4 instead of mercon/dexronIII in the tranny(2000 4l60e).
obviously its gonna need drained, but my question is, can i drive it to my shop (10 miles away) without causing damage? or do i need to do this in the driveway? thanks in advance!!

I would do it in the driveway simply to keep the fluid from circulating through the trans....
