engine ping at high RPM's

engine ping at high RPM's hey, i have a ping whenever go over about 4500rpm's. i always run 93 and recently did new plugs. what do you think this is from? im planning on going to track on saturday, but i dont know, i dont like the pinging. i just have the normal boltons too.
