Can i use a 99pcm on 01 motor? Can a 99 pcm work on a 01 motor? Say i give my 01 pcm to a friend with a 99. Can he take the 01 pcm to gm and get them to flashed to his vin(99)? After all this is done(if it can be) the 01 motor with 99 pcm would be tuned with ls1 edit.
