Default Would this work?

Anyone see this intake manifold? Would this work for us with modifications? Seems it would be easier to mod an aluminum intake rather then a plastic one.

Might be able to grind enough room for the oil sender thing. BBK also has an aluminum one. I think taking some from the intake and some from the valley cover by repositioning/angling the boss would be more ideal.

It would be this:
Modified valley cover - Gen 4 reverse intake

KAT-4785 For reverse intake manifold installation - Gen 4 engines $199.99

Just take it to a machine shop. Should be like way less than 50 bucks to shorten/angle/cut and weld it back on. Btw there's dod valley covers on ebay for 50 bucks usually to test without scrapping the stocker.

Ebay auction states there are 2 versions of our DOD valley cover QUOTE: NOTE The underside, they have made 2 versions of this with different connectors and the way it mounts to the cover, this one screws on. I wonder if this is the onw we have????
