Problems with Maggie and cruise control?

Problems with Maggie and cruise control? Hello, I have been lurking here for a while and there is a lot of usefull info here!
I just put a maggie on my '04 this weekend and now the cruise control does not work. has anyone out there had this problem?
I believe it is a programming issue as I returned the programming to stock and it worked, but ran crappy-to be expected. I reprogrammed the PCM twice and it worked yesterday, but not this morning.
Looking for any info out there before I call Magnuson up. Any help is much appreciated.

Clutch pedal sensor is linked to the cruise control... my check engine light came on the second day i had my car and that was the culprit. I dont have a maggie though damnit!
