Default 402 F1 Procharged, what oil?

what oil am i suppose to put on the motor? I'm currently running the break in oil as this is a new motor, and i need to change it. I do have some oil mist coming out of the valve cover breather, and my oil temp runs a little higher than i would like(if this matter any).
What oil and filter should i put on this thing?
Thanks

Definitely put the oil "IN" it, it will lubricate it much better. j/k

Regular oil is my choice, some use synthetic. Makes no difference as long as you change it frequently. Clean oil is the key to longevity, not brand or whether its regular/synthetic. I have 125,000+ miles on my 427ci with regular old NON-synthetic 20w50 oil, but I change it every 3,000. That is the key, nothing else.

I would use whatever your builder says to use as far as which weight. Can't go wrong with Purolator Plus filters.
